February’s Meeting – Sunday not Wed!
Howard Jones for the TWS session on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 2 – 3:30 pm. It’s the
first one not on a Wednesday evening. We had to move it because of the time difference.
Born in 1957 Howard Jones has been a full time artist since 2009. Howard’s style is impressionistic with a leaning towards abstract. He studies out of doors as much as possible in order to find inspiration for his studio work. Other than attending a number of external courses in traditional oil painting and monoprint at Cardiff Art College, Howard is mostly self taught. View his web site: www.howardjonesart.co.uk

Award-winning Northwest Watercolor Society Signature member, artist, and instructor, Sarah B. Hansen has been painting for over 30 years. A self-taught painter, Sarah began by painting traditional transparent watercolor on paper, primarily portraits. By recently converting into an acrylic landscape artist, Sarah has found, in the combination of her love of nature and in gestural paint application, an open door into limitless possibilities of expression.
